Characteristics:

Based on PET recycling bottle flake as the main raw materials, PET packing belt production line is a whole line that can produces many specifications, muti-purpose, high performance packing belt.

The production line can use 100% recycling polyester materials. Microcomputer control of the machine can automatically feed quantitative material, automatic cycle of preheating and dry. Accurate energy-saving temperature control system, playing a power-saving and low noise effect, reaches a purpose of low-input and high yield.

Gas source pressure: 0.6-0.8 Mpa, production line speed: 10-50m/min, installed power: 50-8kw, drawing magnification: 4-9, the length of the production line: 25-28m, productivity: 30-80kg/h, the total weight of equipment: 3200-3800kgs.

This machine adopts frequency conversion, converter motors, high-temperature melt gear pump, static electricity generator. Screw using PET dedicated screw (not only the production of bottle flakes, but also slices and mixed materials) has multi-purposes of one. This line adopts automatic feeding system and forced feeding device.
